Shipping policy
Order processing and delivery times
Our daily order cutoff is 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time (Toronto). We process and hand orders to the carrier Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Handling takes 0–3 business days before shipment. Some orders may ship the same business day; same-day shipment is not guaranteed.

Business days for these estimates are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed; carrier or customs delays may extend delivery times. Showroom opening hours are separate from order-processing and carrier schedules.

Some chandeliers and floor lamps priced below US$250 are not available for delivery to the United States. Product availability is shown after the United States is selected as the country or region.
When standard-size products and chandeliers or floor lamps are placed in the same U.S. order, Shopify combines their separate shipping rates. The total shipping charge may therefore be US$100 (US$25 + US$75).
Free pickup is available from our Oakville showroom.
Returns are accepted within 30 days.
