You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund. There is no restocking fee.

To arrange your return, email info@lightingcentredirect.com with your order number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your financial institution.
